Trump sues Hillary Clinton, others over 2016 election he won

Potus 45 and my favorite president Donald Trump has finally gathered enough evidence to prove it folks! Now he’s since filed a lawsuit Thursday against former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative” that his campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential race. Trump claims that he incurred expenses of more than $24 million in defending himself against the accusations. He is seeking damages of three times that amount in the lawsuit, which comes more than five years after he defeated Clinton in the November 2016 election.

“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the lawsuit states. “The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly sensitive data sources are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.” Trump filed the 108-page lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, arguing that “a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the Plaintiffs’ claims occurred in this District.” Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate is in Palm Beach, Fla.

Nick Merrill, a Clinton spokesman, responded to the lawsuit with a one-word statement: “Nonsense.” A DNC spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment. More than two dozen other entities and individuals are named in the lawsuit as well. Despite Trump’s repeated claims that he was exonerated by former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III after a two-year investigation, Mueller in 2019 said only that his team had made no determination on “collusion” and that it had not found sufficient evidence to charge any member of Trump’s campaign with criminal conspiracy. Several Trump associates pleaded guilty to charges related to the 2016 campaign and Russia, including federal conspiracy or lying to the FBI.

And a 2020 report by the Senate Intelligence Committee portrayed Trump’s 2016 campaign as posing counterintelligence risks through its significant contacts with Russia and seeming determination to conceal the full extent of its conduct. Trump filed the lawsuit as a long-running criminal investigation into his business appears to be foundering. Two veteran lawyers who were leading that probe quit last month in frustration at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s reluctance to criminally charge the former president. On Wednesday, the resignation letter by attorney Mark Pomerantz became public. He told Bragg that he believed Trump had committed multiple felonies by lying to banks and other entities about the net worth of his companies.

Investigators for both the district attorney and the New York attorney general have spent years working to determine if Trump and the Trump Organization tried to decrease tax liability by falsely minimizing asset values while trying to obtain favorable loan rates using other fake estimates. Bragg’s predecessor, Cyrus Vance, decided late last year that he wanted to seek an indictment, people familiar with the matter have said. But Bragg, who succeeded Vance in January, had significant doubts, those people said.

Bragg’s office says the investigation is continuing under new leadership. The Trump lawsuit seems to draw heavily on indictments brought by Special Counsel John Durham, who had been tasked by then-Attorney General William P. Barr with reviewing the FBI’s 2016 investigation of Trump’s campaign. But the lawsuit often exaggerates or misstates Durham’s allegations or other facts of the case, as it seeks to portray a grand Clinton-led conspiracy to upend the Trump campaign.

The lawsuit, for example, alleges that the FBI “relying on the Defendants’ fraudulent evidence commenced a large-scale investigation and expended precious time, resources and taxpayer dollars looking into the spurious allegation that the Trump Campaign had colluded with the Russian Government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.”

The lawsuit takes particular aim at the now infamous dossier alleging ties between Trump and Russia, which was authored by a former British spy who had been hired by an opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign. It also highlights an effort by a Democratically connected lawyer who sought to get the bureau to investigate possible computer connections between a Trump Organization server and a Russian financial institution known as Alfa Bank. Durham has alleged that the lawyer, Michael Sussmann, was working on behalf of the Clinton campaign and a tech executive when he approached the bureau’s general counsel, although he claimed he was not doing so on behalf of any client.

The FBI relied on the dossier to advance its investigation of Trump’s campaign notably using it to seek to justify a court application for secret surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser. Agents also examined the computer ties, ultimately finding nothing nefarious there. But a Justice Department inspector general’s report found the FBI investigation of Trump’s campaign was “commenced” for another reason: A Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, had boasted to an Australian government official about the Russians potentially having dirt on Clinton, and investigators wanted to see how he would have known that.

The suit alleges that Sussmann, a lawyer with deep Democratic ties, and tech executive Rodney Joffe exploited access to nonpublic data to search for possible computer linkages between Trump entities and Russia. Like Trump, the special counsel has alleged that Joffe “exploited” his access to data. But Trump’s suit goes further, alleging, “When it was discovered that no such channel existed, the Defendants resorted to truly subversive measures — hacking servers at Trump Tower, Trump’s private apartment, and, most alarmingly, the White House.”

Durham, the special counsel, has not alleged a “hacking” effort, and the evidence does not appear to support one.

The computer linkages at issue came from the Domain Name System, or DNS, a sort of digital phone book that matches domain names — which are typically words — to Internet addresses, which are numbers. DNS records would show when one computer communicated with another, perhaps because someone looked up a particular website, or sent an email. Joffe and lawyers for one of those involved in the research effort have insisted they legally had access to it and that it was not truly private data.

The lawyers also said that while the researchers did examine data from the Executive Office of the President, it was from the time period before Trump took office, rebutting the notion that he was somehow spied on while serving as commander in chief.

Aitan Goelman, a lawyer for Peter Strzok, who led the FBI investigation when it was first opened in 2016 and is named as a defendant, said: “We haven’t had a chance to read the complaint, but knowing the former president, there’s probably very little in there that’s true. It’s also odd that he is bringing this lawsuit at the same time that the DOJ is attempting to quash our subpoena to Trump in Pete’s case against the Department.” Strzok was fired from the FBI in 2018 over anti-Trump text messages he exchanged. He is suing over his dismissal and has sought to depose Trump.

Michael Bromwich, a former Justice Department inspector general now in private practice, said in an email: “I hope Trump’s lawyers got their money up front. I hope they have something other than Fox News stories to support their allegations so they can avoid Rule 11 sanctions. And if the case ever gets to discovery, I would expect Trump’s own deposition to last days if not weeks. It would be the opportunity many have sought for the past 5 years to have him testify under oath. He’s proven in the past he’s not so good at that.”

Bromwich has represented former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe a defendant in the lawsuit though he said he has not yet talked with McCabe about the matter. Rule 11 is a federal rule requiring, among other things, that when lawyers make court filings, they certify that their factual representations will most likely be supported by the evidence.

🕯️ Jordan Maxwell has passed away.......... RIP

Friends another important man in the world of conspiracy has lest us… This time it’s Jordan Maxwell, an occults researcher and book author, has passed. His sudden death has stunned his fans and followers but those who knew him well knew he was in bad health for sometime now, and expected this at anyway. We recently had tried to contact him to do a wellness check to see how he was and we couldn’t get to him. He used to answer us without issue when in good health.

For those not informed into this very important man Let’s find out more about him and his work in the occult. With the internet getting more accessible, there is a rapid increase in the number of people who believe in the occult. This belief has given rise to people like Jordan, who claims to have witnessed such acts and sometimes give evidence to prove them. There is no certain way to verify these beliefs because people often claim this knowledge is esoteric. No matter what, Jordan managed to have an impact on a large number of people, who will miss him. You will be missed but you legacy will live on through the people you enlightened and inspired. Jordan was a one in a million and a true visionary. Rest in peace Mr. Jordan Maxwell.

<center><blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Our dear friend Jordan Maxwell has passed on to a new beginning where adventures await his brilliant spirit. Thank you Jordan for lighting our way. Your intelligence humor and courage planted seeds in our hearts. May we rise to carry on your legacy. Until we meet again…🦋 <a href="https://t.co/1u3F57oenu">pic.twitter.com/1u3F57oenu</a></p>&mdash; CryptoViewing (@CryptoViewing) <a href="https://twitter.com/CryptoViewing/status/1506766848695668739?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">March 23, 2022</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script></center>

It is official that Jordan has passed and for now there is a lack of answers regarding how he left us. It can be expected that the sources near to him will soon report about his cause of death. He was a prominent figure for people in the occult. His followers have taken over the internet to express their grievances and condolences to the deceased soul and family. They are also thanking him for sharing his knowledge with the rest of the world.

There is certainly discussion about the veracity of the things he has said about supernatural things and extra-terrestrial matters. He has also written books that are popular among the people who believe in these things. His talks and matters have been expanded over various conspiracy theories. Looking at the surface, everything he did seems unconventional and superstitious, but still there people who trust him and are pursuing the path he has shown.

Jordan made claim once that humans are mutating in a certain scientific manners and it was sometimes natural and sometimes not… He has also given talks about the existence of secret societies like the Illuminati. These are only claims without any evidence backing them. There are other claims too made by him like the existence of reptile people and so on, which he bolstered with an anecdote. He left a deep impact on many of his followers, who he inspired to follow the path he showed. An elegant speaker who can defend his claims no matter how absurd they are. He was an explorer expanding the horizon of fields he believed were true. And with a voice made for lectures, documentaries, and to be heard at all times. I remember having his video on and having company come over and them being hooked to watching him speak. Nothing else mattered he would hook you in unstintingly.

Scott Hall has passed away.......... RIP

Say goodbye to the badguy chico! One of the biggest icons in sports entertainment has left us for good… As most know and have known for days Scott Oliver Hall was an American professional wrestler. He was best known for his tenures with the World Wrestling Federation under the ring name Razor Ramon and with World Championship Wrestling under his real name. Hall began his career in 1984, before rising to prominence after signing with the WWF in May 1992, assuming the name Razor Ramon. This is where he truly began to make his mark on the sports entertainment industry.

For a guy who looks like he stepped out of the pages of a comic book he who had an ideal look for say Marvel Comics “The Punisher” or some comic book character chose Pro Wrestling as his career. With the help of the icon Hulk Hogan, and his best friend Kevin Nash they took over the company of WCW as the nWo. The trio formed what would become the biggest thing EVER in the world of pro wrestling. This is when they became “The nWo” and soon the fun times started.

Scott Hall, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer and a founding member of the New World Order, died at the age of 63 on Monday. The pro wrestling icon suffered three heart attacks from hip surgery complications over the weekend and was taken off life support.

WWE announced the news to open “Monday Night Raw” — a show Hall appeared on the first episode of in 1993 as Razor Ramon — and wrestler Kevin Owens started the show with Hall’s signature catchphrase” “Hey yo.”

The company also aired a video remembering Hall’s legendary career in both WWE and WCW. It was the start of a flow of tributes that poured out of every corner of the industry to remember one of the its all-time greats and influential figures. “The WWE family will forever remember Scott Hall as a gifted entertainer and 2-time WWE Hall of Famer, a loving father and a dear friend.” Tweeted out the WWE reps… Words can’t do him justice because as great as his career was he was very underrated, unappreciated, and under used in a proper way.

Over the years they spoke more about his battles with drugs, and booze and not enough about the man, and what he could do. A Sad part of the bloody world of “pro wrestling” and one he often fell victim too. While one can also say he was an icon, and part of the greatest storyline ever put together. The nWo… With that said REST In PEACE to you sir, and go enjoy eternity with the other greats the sport has lost over the years in heaven.

Tom Brady is returning to Tampa to play 23rd season in NFL

So what does one do when they are already the greatest player in the sport they have dominated for 22 seasons, and have won more championships than anyone but while the haters want you to retire the core of the fans don’t and you still have that fire burning inside to continue playing plus the body, and ability to do so? IF You’re Tom Brady you say “F” the haters, and you come back for a 23rd season regardless the haters, and their bullshit. We’re happy he’s returning as a 20 year fan of his, and 30 year Buccaneers fan I’m ecstatic about this news.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) Tom Brady’s retirement lasted 40 days. Brady said Sunday he’s returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his 23rd NFL season. The seven-time Super Bowl champion announced his decision on Twitter and Instagram, saying he has “unfinished business.” The news stole the spotlight from the NCAA’s Selection Sunday. “These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands,” Brady wrote. “That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa.”

Brady led the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl title following the 2020 season and NFC South championship last season. He teamed with coach Bill Belichick to win six Super Bowls during 20 seasons with the New England Patriots. The 44-year-old Brady led the NFL in yards passing (5,316), touchdowns (43), completions (485) and attempts (719) in 2021, but the Buccaneers lost at home to the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round.

“Tom Brady loves to play football as much as anyone I have ever been around,” Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians said. “As Tom said, his place right now is on the football field. He is still playing at a championship level and was as productive as anyone in the league last season. We are ecstatic that he decided to continue playing and working toward winning another championship.”

Brady cited his desire to spend more time with his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, and three children when he decided to walk away from the game on Feb. 1. But he changed his mind about staying home, a day after attending the Manchester United match against Tottenham Hotspur. Brady sat with the Glazer Family, who own Manchester United and the Buccaneers. His reversal sent shock waves throughout the sports world, and his teammates and Buccaneers fans reacted with jubilation. All-Pro right tackle Tristan Wirfs called it “unreal.” Receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin shared their joy in emojis.

Giants safety Logan Ryan said Brady’s return is “good for football.” Rams star cornerback Jalen Ramsey tweeted: “THANK YOU! throw that last touchdown on somebody else.”

Many Hall of Fame players across several sports returned to playing after retiring, including Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Bob Cousy in the NBA, Brett Favre and Reggie White in the NFL, Guy Lafleur and Mario Lemieux in the NHL. The Buccaneers are hopeful star tight end Rob Gronkowski also returns. Brady convinced his buddy to unretire to join him in Tampa in 2020. The team lost Pro Bowl guard Ali Marpet, who retired at age 28. But Godwin is staying after getting the franchise tag.

Brady’s decision comes right before the NFL free agency period begins. The Bucs have several key players set to hit the open market: running back Leonard Fournette, cornerback Carton Davis, safety Jordan Whitehead, linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul, defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, Gronkowski and others.

They kept one of those key players when Pro Bowl center Ryan Jensen agreed to a three-year contract late Sunday night, his agent Mike McCartney said on Twitter. Brady’s return should impact their decisions and the team’s plans. Tampa’s odds for winning the Super Bowl went from 25:1 to 7 1/2:1, tied with Green Bay for second-best behind Buffalo at 7:1, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

“We are thrilled that Tom has decided to come back this season,” Bucs general manager Jason Licht said. “We said we would leave all options open for him should he reconsider his retirement and today’s announcement is something we have been preparing for in recent days. “Bruce and I have had plenty of conversations with Tom recently that led us to believe there was a realistic chance he would want to come back. Tom is the greatest quarterback of all time who is still playing at an elite level. With this decision now made, we will continue to move forward with our offseason plans to reload this roster for another championship run.”

Brady is the NFL’s career leader in yards passing (84,520) and TDs (624). He’s the only player to win more than five Super Bowls and has been MVP of the game five times. Brady has won three NFL MVP awards, been a first-team All-Pro three times and selected to the Pro Bowl 15 times. He is 243-73 in his career in the regular season and 35-12 in the playoffs.

He’s back to build on all those numbers.

And again folks this is music to my ears…
