My Rebuttle to Mark Alexander's President Obama on Zimmerman/Martin Rebutal

In one of the classiest, and probably finest moments as president, Mr Obama took on the heated debate of the Zimmerman/Martin case which has been causing major controversy all over the world of radio, tv, and print news on Friday on C-SPAN.

This case has split the nation down the middle. You are either on the side of the victim the 17 year old kid who was shot in cold blood, and murdered by an overzealous wannabe cop named George Zimmerman, and think that he got away with murder.

OR on the other side of the coin we have people who have shown support for the murderer, and think the verdict was 100% right but looking further into the case it's not shocking that mostly white republicans are on Zimmerman's side.

There are some black folks who think the verdict was fair but those are usually employed by racist ass Fox News, and or are self hating black people who hate President Obama, and are using this tragedy to further themselves in their political party. Make no mistake all these sellouts as some are calling them or Uncle Tom's as they are also being called by some are coming out in Support of Zimmerman and are again only doing so to further their own agenda.

I didn't find ANYTHING the President said to be a cause for people to bash him publically I mean this matter is a very sensitive one, and the President who is half black, and is married to a black woman, and has black children also has every right to express his thoughts on the matter, and he did before the trial when he made a very accurate statement that if he had a son he would probably look like Trayvon, and that he feels for the family, and that this is a tragic thing that happened. Yet people again racist white assholes took that, and twisted it like a knife to the back of the President.

Why wouldn't he comment on this tragedy? He did as soon as the verdict came down, and he asked for peace, and the Right wing racists took that, and over looked it, and kept asking "When is the president going to make a statement about the verdict?" Like if he had not said anything. Either they are ignorant, and stupid. OR they are trying to bait the President, and trying their hardest to trash his views on this case... Knowing full well he's got the right to have his own opinion on this matter.

First off in this country you have the right to protest, and so what is he going to do tell people not to speak their mind? Ignorance by some people after this verdict is just speaking badly for this country.

I'm all for protesting, and letting your voice be heard in a peaceful manor which doesn't result into riots or anything which harms lives. I understand the anger in the black community because these crimes just don't stop, and all to often they go un punished. Just like this case where the man who stalked, and murdered a 17 year old kid who was doing nothing but trying to get home.

George Zimmerman is a person who's been caught lying during pre trial, he's a person who was accused of molesting his cousin, he's got into problems before with the law which includes him beating up a police officer. He's not a saint by no means but you would think he was if you listened to morons on the right who have turned Trayvon the victim into some sort of nightmarish thug out trying to pick a fight MMA style.

The thing which really "grinds my gears" as Peter Griffin from Family Guy would say is how people are turning a tragedy into a platform to further their own political agendas, and using the death of an innocent kid to make a statement that he was a thug or a criminal when he had no prior record, and was a good student with a football scholorship in the works.

Then there are assholes like Mark Alexander who feel the need to take it on themselves to bash the President even in one of his finest moments as President. This only shows Mark that you are a race bating asshole.

Mark went to answer Obama like if he was having a conversation with him so I'll do the same.

Obama: I gave a preliminary statement right after the ruling on Sunday, but watching the debate over the course of the last week I thought it might be useful for me to expand on my thoughts a little bit.

Alexander: In other words, there is more political capital to be squeezed out of Martin's death.

Alex you cannot have it both ways you can't have right wing morons begging for days for the President to make a statement then bash him when he does. You sir are a moron.

Obama: I want to make sure that, once again, I send my thoughts and prayers, as well as Michelle's, to the family of Trayvon Martin.

Alexander: How about Obama offering thoughts and prayers to George Zimmerman and his family, whose lives Obama, et al., turned upside down by politicizing this case 16 months ago. Otherwise, there never would have been a trial as there was no basis for the charges -- and the jury and virtually every legal expert agree.

His life wouldn't have been turned upside down had he never stalked, and murdered the kid who's life has ended tragically, and you racist assholes seem to forget this simple fact. The kid was doing nothing wrong, and he was followed, and shot to death by a sissy wimp with a gun.

Obama: There are very few African-American men in this country who haven't had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store. ... There are very few African-American men who haven't had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. ... There are very few African-Americans who haven't had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching her purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off.

Alexander: Obama is referencing an unfortunate stereotype, unfortunate because that stereotype is well earned. Black males between the ages of 16 and 35 commit a grossly disproportionate share of crime across our nation. Until that changes, the stereotype profile will not change, nor should it. Most people of all races have decent instincts about threats to their person or property, and they respond accordingly. The problem is not that a particular demographic of our society is subject to increased scrutiny, the problem is that demographic has earned that scrutiny.

Jackal: Alexander people of all color, and nationality steal, and rob or hurt innocent people.. Not just blacks. So don't tell me that only black people commit crimes. Fact remains that criminals don't have a color or nationality. Criminals come in all shapes, and sizes, and color but racist white people still think that anytime a black person is around they will rob them. How about the black kid who recently saved the life of a little white girl? Did you even hear about that? You asshole.

What the President said was 100% correct it's just sad your too ignorant, and racist to understand.

Obama: The African-American community is also knowledgeable that there is a history of racial disparities in the application of our criminal laws, everything from the death penalty to enforcement of our drug laws. And that ends up having an impact in terms of how people interpret the case.

Alexander: The racial disparity in arrests and convictions of blacks is commensurate with the racial disparity of crimes committed by blacks. To suggest otherwise is flatly disingenuous.

Jackal: People commit crimes for the most part due to the enviroment they are raised in... If someone lives in poverty their whole lives they will eventually turn to a life of crime if someone is from a Rich family, and has a silver spoon in their mouth since birth they will probably not to crime. Not always is the case but most of the time. But for far too long in this country Black people have been abused by the system which didn't allow them to have a future!

It's only recently that some of that has started to change, and having a president who's half black has made a major difference in gaining acceptance in their own country. Yes black people spent hundreds of years as slaves, and this country was build in large part on the backs of the slaves. FACT!

But even once slavery was over racism wasn't, and they still didn't have it easy. Some white people are ignorant to such facts because they have never been in the situation that most black males find themselves in on a daily basis. I have a lot of black friends who are not thugs or criminals some have great jobs, and families. I'm the godfather to black child, and love him to death. I have black friends who make a lot of money and yet are still followed in stores, and people are still racist towards them.

This is a mind set most white americans carry because yes Black people have been forced into criminal activity to help them survive in a world that only caters to white elitists. If you are white the skys the limit. If you are black the limit is the sky. Alexander has never had racial issues due to the protection by his complexion.

Obama: Now, this isn't to say that the African-American community is naive about the fact that African-American young men are disproportionately involved in the criminal justice system, that they are disproportionately both victims and perpetrators of violence. It's not to make excuses for that fact, although black folks do interpret the reasons for that in a historical context.

Alexander: They are not "disproportionately involved in the criminal justice system," they are disproportionately involved in crime. In Obama's hometown of Chicago, in the seventeen months since Trayvon Martin's death, more than 700 black men, women and children have been murdered, mostly by black men, and Obama has said not a single word about a single one of those murders. Apparently black-on-black murders do not fit the Left's race agenda. Obama then, in the same sentence he suggests "it's not to make excuses," he asserts "historical context" as an excuse. I should add that Obama makes the case that it is OK for black folks to respond to circumstances based on history, but if white folks respond to circumstances base on history, that constitutes profiling and racism -- a shining double standard.

Jackal: The crimes in Chicago are also a tragedy, and so is any senseless murder or crime. Still shouldn't take away from what happened to Trayvon, and why it's important to make sure these things don't happen again. The Stand your ground law is one of the worst laws on record, and it got a murderer off.

Obama made a clear statement don't get butt hurt because he didn't mention Chicago... He said it clear that yes "African-American community is naive about the fact that African-American young men are disproportionately involved in the criminal justice system, that they are disproportionately both victims and perpetrators of violence." How you can twist that to fit your agenda is pretty hilarious. You Alex are a moron.

Obama: We understand that some of the violence that takes place in poor black neighborhoods around the country is born out of a very violent past in this country, and that the poverty and dysfunction that we see in those communities can be traced to a very difficult history.

Alexander: Actually NOT. The "violence, poverty and dysfunction" can be traced to decades of liberal social policy, which created the urban poverty plantations upon which generations of poor blacks have been enslaved, and which have become breeding grounds for an unprecedented culture of violence besetting our whole nation.

Jackal: No Alex the president is 100% correct again, and you sir are again making up crap as you go along. People commit crime due to their situations in life, and if you are raised piss poor with no hope for a future. What do you think will happen you silly bastard?

Obama: Now, the question for me at least, and I think, for a lot of folks is, where do we take this?

Alexander: Apparently, to the political bank.

Jackal: How about to our hearts, and so we could learn to grow as a people, and learn to set aside racial differences. Instead of trying to heal the country people like this Alexander are doing nothing but splitting us more apart. Why don't you shut the hell up, and think before you talk, and stop being a moron.

Obama: I think it's important for people to have some clear expectations here. Traditionally, these are issues of state and local government -- the criminal code. And law enforcement has traditionally done it at the state and local levels, not at the federal levels.

Alexander: Then why did Obama federalize the case in the first place? Obviously he thought they would win this case. Now, he is attempting to punt the blame back to "the state and local levels."

Jackal: How about no! He's simply stating that hey this is a state issue, and not a federal issue but understand the reasons why people want to bring up a Civil rights suit. Trayvons civil rights were clearly violated, and if you were not a racist you would see that.

Obama: Number one, precisely because law enforcement is often determined at the state and local level, I think it'd be productive for the Justice Department, governors [and] mayors to work with law enforcement about training at the state and local levels in order to reduce the kind of mistrust in the system that sometimes currently exists.

Alexander: But Obama and his NeoCom cadres fomented the distrust in this case, as they do with every political opening -- and to suggest now that he will step in with training to correct the situation is arrogant and ludicrous. We already know that Obama thinks police "act stupidly."

Jackal: Alex it's not just the president who thinks that... The facts have always said the same. Police officers do act stupid. Like not giving a drug or alcohol test to the shooter but doing it on the victim. Nothing but stupidity at it's finest. Or maybe like Alex they saw a black man shot, and said "well he clearly caused this fight! He must have he's black!" without looking at the facts in the case.

Obama: I think it would be useful for us to examine some state and local laws to see if they are designed in such a way that they may encourage the kinds of altercations and confrontations and tragedies that we saw in the Florida case, rather than diffuse potential altercations.

Alexander: Florida's "stand your ground" law, as well as those of 22 other states, do not encourage tragedies, they prevent them.

Jackal: Wrong again what happened in this Trayvon Martin case was a tragedy you imbicil.

Obama: I just ask people to consider if Trayvon Martin was of age and armed, could he have stood his ground on that sidewalk?

Alexander: No. Zimmerman did not attack Martin. Martin attacked Zimmerman, case closed. And for the record, more blacks, as a percentage of the population in Florida, have invoked the "stand your ground" defense than whites or Hispanics -- or even "white hispanics."

Jackal: So you were there? You know for a fact that the kid being chased for no reason who was not told why he was being followed was the attacker? Why because he's black? Were you there? Did you see Martin attack him? Was anyone calling about a black man chassing a poor helpless white guy with skittles in his pockets, and an ice tea in his hand? WTF Where do you even come up with it? Oh yea you heard the shooter tell his lie, and you bought it because well Alexander you are a racist, and a fucktard. Case closed.

Obama: "If a white male teen was involved in the same kind of scenario, both the outcome and the aftermath might have been different."

Alexander: Yes, it would have been very different because "white hispanic" on white does not play with the political agenda of the first "white black" president. Thus, nobody would ever have heard about it. Likewise, there have been seven clear cases of black-on-white hate crimes assaults and murders in the last week alone, but not a word from Obama on those.

Jackal: Again taking an acurate statement by the President, and trying to spin it into something it's not. Had Trayvon been white he would not have been followed. Zimmerman admitted to racially profiling him when he said that he followed him because there were robberies in the block in the past 11months done by blacks. He saw a black kid, and chased him. You are wrong once again ALEX.

Obama: We need to spend some time in thinking about how do we bolster and reinforce our African-American boys? There are a lot of kids out there who need help who are getting a lot of negative reinforcement. And is there more that we can do to give them the sense that their country cares about them and values them and is willing to invest in them?

Alexander: The best place to start would be to reverse the liberal social policies that created the problem.

Jackal: No the first way would be for you to shut the fuck up Alex!

Obama: Finally, I think it's going to be important for all of us to do some soul-searching.

Alexander: Start with your own soul, Obama, if you haven't completely sold it out.

Jackal: And Alexander you have no soul! There is a special place in hell for fucktards like you.

Obama: You know, there has been talk about should we convene a conversation on race. I haven't seen that be particularly productive when politicians try to organize conversations. They end up being stilted and politicized, and folks are locked into the positions they already have.

Alexander: Obama launched the Zimmerman/Martin "conversation on race" so on this point, he is correct.

JackaL: Obama was right about everything he said, and you sir are wrong on every statement you made. You are an asshole... FACT!

Obama: Finally, ask yourself ... am I wringing as much bias out of myself as I can; am I judging people, as much as I can, based on not the color of their skin but the content of their character? That would, I think, be an appropriate exercise in the wake of this tragedy.

Alexander: This from the titular head of the Democrat Party, which has turned Martin Luther King's challenge about color and character upside down. Indeed, for Obama and the Left, color trumps character.

Jackal: And you Alex your character is one covered with a white pointed hoodie. Go fuck yourself.

I'm done... This Alexander guy is a total tool for the right racist FOX NEWS.

[inside] Tha Jackals Head [The Zimmerman Verdict] America in SHOCK!

So after a year, and many weeks of court the verdict of Not guilty was given by a clearly lunatic bunch of Jurors. The man GUILTY of killing Trayvon Martin has been set free.

The entire justice system is broken folks. We now can kill children, and get away with it in Florida. First Casey Anthony, and now George Zimmerman.

Tonight the fall out over the Not Guilty verdict is here… This is an incredible miscarriage of justice.

Open lines I want to hear from anyone who has an opinion on this case, and also I will play audio from the case, and will speak my mind on this trial. Or Miss trial as it really it is.

The state attorneys who prosecuted this case should all lose their license. They were horrible in this case, and fumbled their way into a loss. I believe they did this on purpose as they were paid off. This is the only way they could have messed up this bad.

There was truly no justice for Trayvon, and now a murderer walks free… There will never be justice for an innocent 17 year old kid who did nothing wrong other then be a black teenager in a white neighborhood.
