Americans now can see for themselves what the rest of us knew coming into these audits but now as we watched with bated breath Thursday as the Arizona audit results were released in a legislative hearing one of the auditors, Ben Cotton, dropped perhaps what is the biggest bombshell of the Maricopa County audit, revealing that election systems’ security was so bad it could have been hacked in a matter of minutes.
At the hearing, Cotton briefed the Senate leaders on evidence showing the registration server was breached. “We know through public record, public statements, that an element of the election system was actually compromised or breached during the course of the November 2020 election,” he said.
“The registration server that was public-facing did have unauthorized access to that in cybersecurity terms, it was breached. We know that the county has accepted that as an unauthorized breach because they actually issued a letter to a small subset of the voters who were affected by that breach.”

Cotton went on to explain that these breaches could have been due to severe cybersecurity problems such as failure to perform basic maintenance. According to Cotton, the election systems’ anti-virus software has not been updated since the Dominion software was first installed. That was in August 2019 5 months before the election. But wait if these machines were not hooked up to the internet, and were not hackable as said by the lying owners of them why would they need anti virus software?
“What that creates is a tremendous vulnerability to anyone who could get access through a system,” Cotton said. “If someone accessed that system, they would have no difficulty at all effectively penetrating and gaining system-level access at the current pap state and antivirus state of these systems.” Cotton is basically letting the American people know election officials thought their votes were so worthless that they did not even warrant an update of the software.
Your computer’s malware system most likely updates weekly, but the systems responsible for upholding our democracy have not had an update in two years, Cotton explained. And this folks is a major problem, and yes these machines were online, and yes the owners lied to the congress, and to the American people! The owners of Dominion voting machines were all in on The Big Steal.
But that’s not even the worst news Cotton had for voters during the hearing. When state Sen. Warren Petersen asked him how long it would take a hacker to access election management software, the answer was staggering.
“The vulnerabilities that exist on these systems would take an average script kitty less than ten minutes to get access to these systems,” Cotton said. Ten minutes is all it would take for the elitist left to get into election systems and stab democracy in the heart. The public vote is the cornerstone of democracy, and this audit has found its systems corroded, creating a pathway that could have been used by insidious hackers. We may not know exactly who hacked the system or why, but it goes without saying that answering these questions must play a huge role in ensuring the integrity of our elections moving forward.
While it is unconstitutional to hold an impeachment trial over a now ex President, and a Citizen breaking the law has not stopped the radical left, and power hungry demented Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said that President Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial will start the week of Feb. 8, announced Friday. Earlier in the day, he said the impeachment article for the trial would head to the Senate Monday, officially triggering the trial process.
The House impeached Trump Jan. 13 for inciting the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol a week earlier. The date is an agreement between Schumer and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. McConnell spokesperson Doug Andres said the Kentucky Republican was “glad” Schumer agreed to their request to delay the trial. The additional weeks to prepare were “a win for due process and fairness,” Andres said. The timing on when the House would transmit the impeachment article had been left in the air as the Senate changed from Republican to Democratic control and worked to quickly confirm several of Biden’s cabinet nominees. Schumer and McConnell have also continued to discuss a power-sharing agreement, since the chamber is split evenly, and the framework for how a trial will operate.
McConnell, the Republican leader from Kentucky, had been pushing for the House to send over its impeachment article next Thursday and not starting the trial proceedings in earnest until mid-February. He argued the delay would allow Trump time to install a legal team. “This impeachment began with unprecedentedly fast and minimal process in the House,” McConnell said on the floor Friday. “The sequel cannot be an insufficient Senate process that denies former President Trump his due process or damages the Senate or presidency itself.” McConnell said on the Senate floor Trump deserved a “full and fair process” for his impeachment trial. But the House’s transmission of the impeachment article on Monday will start the process of the impeachment trial on Tuesday, several days earlier than McConnell’s original proposed timeline.
Pelosi, in a statement, confirmed the House would send the article on Monday, applauding the work of the nine House Democrats serving as impeachment managers and highlighting Congress’ “solemn duty.”

(VADO HONDO, Guatemala) – As Guatemalan security forces on Monday cleared a road of hundreds of people in a mostly Honduran migrant caravan that had camped out overnight when authorities barred it from advancing toward the United States. The Guatemalan government said the road in the eastern part of the country reopened to traffic after troops with batons and plastic shields closed in on the migrants just beyond the village of Vado Hondo, about 35 miles (56 km) from border crossings into Honduras and El Salvador.

The soldiers have no right to beat anyone,” he said. “There are women who’ve been beaten, it’s an act of violence.” Ruben Tellez, a spokesman for Guatemala’s military, later defended soldiers’ use of force, describing it as minimal and proportionate.
“Their right to migrate is being respected so long as they prove that their entry into the country complies with migratory and sanitary requirements,” Tellez told Reuters, referring to valid identification documents as well as a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past 48 hours. After the clearance, groups of migrants went back into Vado Hondo looking for alternative routes, the government said. It was unclear how many were turning back altogether. Many of the migrants say they are fleeing poverty and lawlessness in a region rocked by the coronavirus pandemic and two devastating hurricanes in November.
Guatemala’s migration authority said late on Monday that about 1,800 Honduran migrants have been returned home since last Thursday, as well as about 100 Salvadorans sent back to El Salvador over the same time. Nearly 20% of the deported migrants from the caravan were accompanied minors, according to the migration authority.
The confrontation with the migrant caravan, the first of 2021, occurred as Democratic U.S. President-elect Joe Biden prepares to take office on Wednesday. He has pledged more humane migration policies than outgoing Republican President Donald Trump, who favored a hard-line approach.
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Monday warned migrants not to try to enter countries by force, and said he was in touch with both the outgoing and incoming U.S. administrations over the migrant caravan.
Lopez Obrador said he was hopeful that Biden would carry out immigration reform and work with Mexico and Central America on a plan that could provide alternatives to migration. Guatemalan Foreign Minister Pedro Brolo said on Monday he was surprised that Honduras did not want to collaborate in stopping the caravan, citing earlier joint discussions on it.
The head of the Honduran border police, Julian Hernandez, said more than 800 security officials had tried to stop the caravan at the Guatemalan border, but migrants pushed through the barrier, some using children “as shields.”

The real President of the United States Donald Trump told reporters today that people can expect to “see a lot of big things” over the coming days. Speculations already going on that it’s got to do with the election frauds current status, “I think the case has been made,” Trump told reporters at the White House. “And now we find out what we can do about it. But you’ll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days.”
He did not elaborate other than this, and left us with a cliffhanger like a true showman… Now the president was answering a question about what his strategy will be after electors vote in the Electoral College, which is scheduled for Dec. 14. “The election was totally rigged. It’s a disgrace to our country,” Trump also asserted. “It’s like a third-world country these ballots pouring in from everywhere, using machinery that nobody knows ownership, nobody knows anything about. They have ‘glitches,’ as they call them. Glitches. The glitches weren’t glitches. They got caught sending out thousands of votes all against me, by the way.”
Starting in late November, Trump’s legal team attended events and hearings with lawmakers from several key states, arguing that the legislatures have the power under the U.S. Constitution to select their own electors. They also presented witnesses who claimed there was intimidation, ballot stuffing, numerous ballots that should have been disqualified but weren’t, and statistical irregularities.
Secretaries of state in several states have said there is not enough evidence of fraud to overturn the election. Over the weekend, a judge in Michigan allowed two dozen Dominion Voting Systems machines in Antrim County to be forensically audited by Trump’s legal team. Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from voting machines used during the Nov. 3 election. “Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” Trump attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday. “A judge actually granted our team access … to conduct a forensic audit,” Ellis added.
Ellis also told Fox News on Monday that the team is currently working on trying to get their lawsuits to the Supreme Court while they are still lobbying state legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. It came as fellow Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was diagnosed with the CCP virus over the past weekend.
President Donald Trump said Monday that, despite the General Services Administration (GSA) being given the green light to engage with the Sniffler Sleepy Creepy Joe Biden’s transition team, he would “never concede” in what is folks and I agree with the President “the most corrupt election in American political history,” and his team would continue with legal challenges.
“What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history?” Trump wrote.

Attorney and once affiliated with Trump’s legal team Sidney Powell who is now acting independently, said she has a deluge of evidence that Dominion and other voting systems were exploited to swing the election, saying she soon intends to file a lawsuit of “epic” proportions that will detail the evidence. This builds on previous remarks she made, claiming the proof she said she was receiving regarding election fraud was massive, and likened its eventual disclosure to “releasing the Kraken.”
Dominion has repeatedly denied that its systems were compromised or used in a fraudulent manner. Meanwhile, while a joint statement put out by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on behalf of a national elections infrastructure coalition with links to Dominion through the company’s membership in CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC), called the Nov. 3 election “the most secure in American history.” Yeah right!
Trump later fired then-head of CISA, Christopher Krebs, claiming the joint statement was “highly inaccurate in that there were massive improprieties and fraud.” Right on Mr President! The president’s message that he would “never concede to fake ballots & ‘Dominion’,” followed an earlier missive in which he indicated that the GSA would make transition resources available for Biden, while insisting that he still has a good shot at victory. “Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!” he wrote in a Twitter post.
The president’s message followed a letter that GSA Administrator Emily Murphy sent to Biden (pdf), where she notified the former vice president that some transition resources, including around $7.3 million in funds, would be available to him and his team. MEXIA, Texas (KWTX) – Kelly Reagan Brunner, a social worker at the Mexia State Supported Living Center, has been charged with 134 counts in an election fraud investigation involving the registration of 67 of the facility’s residents, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced in a press release late Friday afternoon.
She’s accused of submitting voter registration applications for the 67 residents “without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent,” Paxton said in the press release. Only a parent, spouse or child who’s a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering voters and they must be appointed by the prospective voter to do so, Paxton said.
“None of the SSLC patients gave effective consent to be registered, and a number of them have been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court, thereby making them ineligible to vote in Texas,” Paxton said. “Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice,” Paxton said.

One day after this election is over I am going to write a piece about how Latino is a contrived ethnic category that artificially lumps white Cubans with Black Puerto Ricans and Indigenous Guatemalans and helps explains why Latinos support Trump at the second highest rate.
Such a large number of Latinos in Florida voted for Trump because both Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris have repeatedly flirted with socialist ideas and principles. Just this week the VP nominee posted an advertisement whose messaging was practically “right out of the Cuban communist manifesto.”

In the ad, Harris contrasted equal treatment — which involves everybody receiving fair and equal treatment — with equitable treatment, which involves resources being redistributed so that everybody “start[s] in the same place.”
“There’s a big difference between equality and equity. Equality suggests, ‘Oh, everyone should get the same amount.’ The problem with that, not everybody’s starting in the same place,” she said in the disturbing 50-second advertisement. Writing for Reason magazine, Robby Soave explained why what she’d said was extremely problematic.
“A government should be obligated to treat all citizens equally, giving them the same access to civil rights and liberties like voting, marriage, religious freedom, and gun ownership. The government cannot deny rights to certain people because they are black, female, Muslim, etc.—this would be unequal treatment,” he wrote.
“A mandate to foster equity, though, would give the government power to violate these rights in order to achieve identical social results for all people. In accordance with this thinking, the authorities might be justified in giving some people more rights than others. Indeed, this would arguably be strictly necessary, in order to create a society where everyone ends up in the exact same situation.”
In other words, to foster equity, you must implement an authoritarian Communist government, period, because there’s no other way to redistribute resources and rights, and so naturally, Latinos in Florida particularly those who fled oppression in Cuba or are the children of Cuban refugees weren’t too thrilled at this prospect. Perhaps Florida’s white, black and Asian Trump supporters weren’t either.
But does Leguizamo have any interest in learning about their reasons for voting for the president? It doesn’t seem like it. It appears he’d rather just spew vitriol instead. So now my #MeToo moment is here, and I didn’t think I would ever publicly air him out but I will.

For years, the crowded “Ventanita” and its Cuban coffee has been the ideal place to spark up conversations with strangers about Republicans, Democrats and Communists. It wasn’t any different on Thursday night. Barbara Balmaseda, who campaigned with Latinos for Trump, said she was glad Florida turned red, but she was watching other states in horror.
“I think that a lot of states need to update the way they’re counting their ballots,” said Balmaseda, “The way they’re counting ballots has been a little suspicious.”
Except for allegations from the Trump campaign, Balmaseda didn’t have any specific reports to support her allegation. Dozens of Trump supporters there felt the same way. They believed President Donald Trump when he said he had lost faith in the electoral process and the reelection had been stolen from him.
Judges have already dismissed Trump’s attorneys’ claims in Georgia and Michigan. In Pennsylvania, Trump’s campaign attorneys managed to get a judge to allow observers to monitor election workers in Philadelphia. Trump said they were doing so from a distance which wasn’t enough.
Omar Barral is one of the many Trump supporters who were standing outside of La Carreta on Thursday night. He couldn’t believe Biden won Wisconsin with such a slim margin. Election officials reported Trump won 48.9% of the vote in Wisconsin and Biden won 49.6% of the vote there. His victory cost Trump 10 electoral votes.
“All of the sudden 130,000 votes go to Biden in Wisconsin for no reason,” Barral said. “No Sir! There is fraud going on.”

Lying Kamala Harris who got smoked by Pence during the debate has been at the butt of many jokes related to late rapper Tupac Shakur. Last year while on the Democratic primary campaign trail, Harris said that she used to listen to “Pac & Snoop” in her dorm as a student in college. However, it didn’t take long for many to realize that the timeline didn’t match. Harris was roasted last week after naming Pac the “best rapper alive” during an interview with Angela Rye. This latest mix up was seized upon by the Trump campaign as they decided to troll the Dems VP nominee ahead of her debate with Vice President Mike Pence.
“I can confirm that we have left a ticket for Tupac Shakur, who as we know is Senator Harris’ favorite rapper alive,” said Trump campaign senior adviser Jason Miller during a conference call on Wednesday. “I don’t know if he shows up. I’m personally more of a Biggie fan if he’s still alive, but we will have a ticket waiting for Mr. Shakur,” he added. This is hilarious, brilliant, and once again a fantastic way to show how much of a fake she is, and how she loves to pander to people in the black community without even knowing the things she’s saying. On Monday afternoon, President Trump announced that he will be leaving “the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M.” Following Trump’s announcement, Dr. Sean Conley said that the president has “met or exceeded” standard discharge protocol. Trump, whose oxygen levels are now normal, will get another dose of remdesivir before heading back to the White House. The president was taken to Walter Reed hospital on Friday and has been given various antiviral drug treatments including dexamethasone during his stay.

The President will be allowed to leave Walter Reed Medical Center even though he’s not “out of the woods yet” and remains on a cocktail of drugs that’s typically only administered to critically ill coronavirus patients, Dr. Sean Conley, his personal physician, said Monday afternoon.
Conley provided the update on Trump’s condition minutes after the coronavirus-stricken president tweeted that he was planning on heading back to the White House at 6:30 p.m. “Though he may not be entirely out of the woods yet, our team and I agree that all his evaluations and, more importantly, his clinical status supports his return home,” Conley told reporters outside the premiere military hospital in Maryland where Trump’s been undergoing treatment for COVID-19 since Friday night. Trump’s discharge comes even as he remains on dexamethasone, said Dr. Brian Garibaldi, another member of the president’s medical team.
Dexamethasone, a steroid, is generally only administered to COVID-19 patients suffering from critical symptoms, as it has been shown to lower the risk of death. The powerful drug can cause severe side effects, including psychosis and delirium. Trump will also continue to receive doses of remdesivir at the White House, his doctors said. Like dexamethasone, the antiviral remdesivir drug is generally only administered to critically-ill coronavirus patients. Trump was put on oxygen several times over the weekend because his blood-oxygen levels dropped and he reportedly even reported trouble breathing, but Conley said the president’s symptoms have since mostly subsided. “Even the slight cough he used to have he doesn’t really complain of at all,” he said. “He doesn’t really complain of muscle aches. He’s up and back to his old self, predominantly.” Still, Conley acknowledged that COVID-19 symptoms can come back later on in the recovery process. “He’s returning to a facility, the White House Medical Unit, that’s staffed 24/7 with top-notch physicians, nurses, PAs and the team here behind me are going to continue to support us in that nature,” Conley said. Conley refused to say when Trump had his last negative COVID-19 test or comment on the findings of his lung scans, citing privacy laws. It remains unclear exactly when or from whom Trump contracted the virus, though the White House has acknowledged that he attended a fundraiser in New Jersey last Thursday despite having found out that Hope Hicks, one of his closest aides, had tested positive.
According to reports, Trump told political allies over the phone Sunday that he had to “get out” of Walter Reed, as the November election looms less than a month away, with Joe Biden trouncing the president in most polls. In the tweet announcing his imminent release, Trump sought to once again downplay the virus that’s killed more than 210,000 Americans, infected millions and derailed the U.S. economy on his watch.
“Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life,” wrote Trump, who, unlike most Americans, has access to some of the best medical care in the world. “I feel better than I did 20 years ago!”
The president’s expected return to the White House comes even as several members of his staff have contracted COVID-19. Earlier Monday, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany announced that she’s the latest person from Trump’s inner circle to test positive for the virus. First Lady Melania Trump, who tested positive with her husband last week, is already in quarantine in the White House residence. Conley did not say whether Trump will be confined to the residence once he returns to the White House or if he will be able to walk freely through the executive mansion.
The 74-year-old president could be at a higher risk of developing severe complications from the virus because of his weight, age and history of heart issues. Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, meantime, say that a COVID-19 patient could be contagious for upward of 14 days and should not change locations during that period unless absolutely medically necessary. Conley claimed Trump was being discharged for his own safety, though.
“Every day a patient stays in a hospital unnecessarily is a risk to themselves,” Conley said.
Another win for Trump! The longer President Trump is in office, the more support he gets from minorities who have never voted for Republicans, let alone a GOP president. That may also include Black Entertainment Television founder and billionaire Robert Johnson.
In an interview this week, the former BET executive made it clear he’s not about to jump off the Trump Train this year and will be sticking with the current president over the ‘unknown’ Joe Biden in terms of economic positions and other governing policies that would be extremely damaging to business and Americans in general.
“Where I come out as a businessman, I will take the devil I know over the devil I don’t know any time of the week,” he said in an interview Wednesday with CNBC.
“I absolutely do not know what a President Biden would do,” he continued. “I haven’t heard anything coherent about what he said he’d do.”
He did go on to acknowledge that historically, blacks vote for Democrats about 90 percent of the time — which makes no sense because Democrats are the party of slavery, of Secession, of the KKK, of Jim Crow laws, and of segregation.
“But if we don’t get clear and concise direction on the benefit of changing courses at this time — again, I am speaking as a business person — I would rather know who I am going to deal with in the White House,” he said.
“I want to know what regulatory decisions they’re going to make. What fiscal policy decisions. What monetary policy decisions they’re going to make than be taking a chance,” said Johnson.
From his perspective, voting for President Trump is a no-brainer.
After eight years of the first black president, Barack Obama, and Biden, they could not achieve anywhere near the level of employment, wage growth, and availability of opportunities that the Trump administration has achieved.
CNBC noted further: Johnson has been a big Democratic donor over the years but also has spoken positively about Trump’s economic policy. In 2016, he said he declined a position in Trump’s Cabinet, saying it was not due to politics but because he could not deal with government red tape.
From a business standpoint only, not from a racial injustice standpoint, Johnson reiterated that it’s better for corporate executives to know what they’re getting in a president rather trying to guess.
“I would rather know who I’m going to deal with in the White House. I’m going to know what regulatory decisions they’re going to make. What fiscal policy decisions, what monetary policies they’re going to make than to be taking a chance, particularly when you have the turbulence of a pandemic,” said Johnson, who in the past has been complimentary of Trump’s business-friendly policies.
As for Biden, anyone who’s been paying attention this election cycle and is being honest knows he won’t be the one governing. His policies will be guided by the radical leftist base that backed his rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders – and those economic policies will be straight-up socialism.
