Well nothing on Earth has captivated us more than the election of President Trump! But a close second this year was the take down of Sean "Diddy" Combs who as we know now is on the same level as Jeffery Epstein. But here now past the election and while Trump and company will continue to make news and important one's we cannot forget the other good times we're having with the take down of the most vicious, evil, and disgusting person to ever pick up a microphone and post a rap on a beat. YES The diddler himself! Sean is back in the news again! The now Denied bail for the third time scumbag who remember is locked up in his East Coast federal sex trafficking case just before Thanksgiving is said to have done the dangling of the woman off a West Coast apartment building balcony in rage eight years ago. 

A jury-seeking complaint was filed on November 27 in L.A. Superior Court that has a lot of details, several appearances by the Bad Boy Records founder’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura (who’s alleged abuse, bruises and more by Combs are described frequently), some photos, and an ask for compensation “believed to be in excess of $10 million.” Man talk about he's never "Going, Going, Back, Back to Cali, Cali!" Unless he's in an orange suit, and in lock down. LMAO Oh man I love reading about anything that hurts this guy... I really hate Sean with passion and I don't often say this about people.

Having quickly settled an abuse and rape lawsuit from Ventura for around $30 million in November 2023, Combs has since been accused in an ever enlarging throng of dozens and dozens of civil suits of drugging, violently threatening, potentially blackmailing, beating, and raping music industry hopefuls and others in his celebrity filled “freak offs” and more. 

Arrested in a NYC hotel lobby by the feds on September 16, the 55-year-old Combs is charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. Currently incarcerated in the infamous Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn, the All About the Benjamins performer could face life in prison if found guilty in a trial set to start on May 5, 2025.

Other than the passing mentioned Ventura’s suit, plus more details that have been whispered about for months and openly discussed (with no victims named besides Ventura) on social media and in more traditional media by songwriter Tiffany Red last year, the claims in this latest lawsuit could find Combs facing bicoastal courtrooms. “On or about September 26. 2016, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs sexually battered Ms. Bryana ”Bana’ Bongolan, dangled her off of a 17-story-high balcony. 

And then slammed her into the patio furniture on the balcony,” alleges the seven-claim November 27-filed complaint from the self-described “quintessential starving artist” and one-time Combs clothing designer of what happened to her in Ventura’s luxury Los Angeles pad.

“His outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy, and sense of safety,” according to the document. It goes on to detail the supposed attack that occurred at an apartment of Ventura’s where Bongolan was staying with her girlfriend and the singer when an enraged Combs showed up pounding on the door. “This event was the culmination of a series of threats, intimidation, and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him.” 

“The September 26 assault ultimately proved that Ms. Bongolan was correct to fear Mr. Combs and has resulted in deep and lasting harm,” the filing by Miller Barondess’ James R. Nikraftar adds of the West L.A.-set incident. “Mr. Combs’ threats that he was the ‘motherf*cking devil,’ and that ‘he could kill’ her were intended to terrorize intimidate, and instill fear. Therefore when he forcibly groped her breasts, dangled her from a balcony and battered her, she reasonably believed that Mr. Combs’ assault was him making good on his threats.”

If the suspending of someone from a balcony seems familiar out of hip hop lore, that’s because the likes of currently jailed former Death Row Records boss Suge Knight and others have been said to have done just that in the past. Probably the most well-known of such potentially tragic tales is when ex-NFL replacement player Knight supposedly dangled Vanilla Ice off the side of a Bel Air building for the publishing rights to his megahit “Ice, Ice Baby” in the early 1990's. It should be noted that Vanilla Ice has said over and over that the whole thing has been greatly exaggerated, Knight never held him off a balcony, and the whole thing was settled in court later.



In this case, with Combs, it is exactly the opposite and for much more than money. As the 17-page complaint declares: “The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety. It should be no surprise that is exactly what happened to Ms. Bongolan.” Taking into account that Combs has denied all claims against him, and of late in his East Coast criminal case seems to be walking back his apology earlier this year of a 2016 hotel corridor beating of Ventura captured on a security camera, it is no surprise his representatives are rejecting Bangolan’s West Coast claims. 

“As we have shared previously, anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” Combs attorneys told Deadline in statement today about the case. “Since last year, Ms. Bangolan (sic) has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims. Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless. He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”

Folks I hope that Diddy ends up living out his life in a cell with Suge Knight as his cellmate. This would be a happy ending wouldn't you think? So also let's keep in mind that if he gets convicted and goes to population the other inmates will have fun with him and well he’s not going to be a star he’s going to be prey and that’s where he should be. Also just for some fun it's come to my attention that there is a little clue in a movie about Diddy we all seemed to miss from decades ago! 

Remember "Austin Powers: Goldmember" ? Well there is a scene near the end where "Austin" and "Dr Evil" are working together as friends after finding out they're brothers. 

The movie trilogy is hilarious! But in this one scene Austin and Dr Evil are going up a ladder and Austin is going up first and while he loses his footing and falls down he catches his fall on Dr Evils pants, and manages to rip them down to expose his bare ass, and he lands on the exact place to see a "Butt cheek" tattoo on Dr Evil that says "E. Diddy" on it... Like a "TRAMP STAMP" and remember Dr. Evil been to Jail. lol Wonder if he got lost in a Diddy party freak off also! Sean Diddy Combs is in custody!

Finally Justice is coming down on Sean “Diddy” Combs previously known as Puff Daddy, Puffy and P. Diddy who was just arrested in New York after federal indictment and so after months of us all wondering when this day would come since everything about his evil doing has broken. Remember to us who have been on the side knowing that Diddy is an evil devil who has not just been behind the death of Tupac & Biggie Smalls but he also destroyed the lives of all his artists and stole their money. But we also all in the rap community knew for years he was doing crazy stuff in his "freak off" parties but the law wouldn't touch this creep.. Like Epstein Diddy has got away with his sex crimes for years and I hope all his Victims both Male and Female come forward and just end him.

Time to make things right and it's time you all said the truth of what was done to you two as kids outloud, and save the future actors, singers, and entertainers from being taken advantage from evil people in the industry like "Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs," "Jeffrey Epstein" or "Harvey Weinstein." I wonder how much of this whole thing is cause Keefe D has been snitching from behind bars? I hope with this arrest we also get more justice and answers not just on the sex crimes by Diddy but also the truth about his involvement in the death of both 2pac & Biggie Smalls aka Notorious B.I.G who was born Christopher Wallace. As we know 2PAC died in 1996 and BIG in 1997. The arrest follows several sexual assault lawsuits and Homeland Security raids on two of Diddy’s mansions.

“Earlier this evening, federal agents arrested Sean Combs, based on a sealed indictment filed by the SDNY. We expect to move to unseal the indictment in the morning and will have more to say at that time,” U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement released on the social media platform X. Details about Combs’s arrest remained unclear Monday night. His representatives declined to answer several questions about the events leading to the arrest. According to the Associated Press, Combs was arrested in a hotel lobby in Manhattan and remains in federal custody. “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community,” Marc Agnifilo, attorney for Combs, said in a statement.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court,” the statement continued. The arrest comes months after the first of eight sexual assault lawsuits was filed against Combs last year and follows raids by the Department of Homeland Security on his mansions in Los Angeles and Miami in March. The agency did not publicly confirm the nature of the operation at the time, but a law enforcement official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation, told The Washington Post that the searches were part of a sex-trafficking investigation.

The first suit was filed in November 2023 by Cassie, who dated Combs between 2007 and 2018, when she was a singer signed to his Bad Boy record label. Her suit accused Combs of more than a decade of “abuse, violence and sex trafficking,” including an incident at a Los Angeles hotel where, Cassie claimed, Combs beat her and paid hotel staff to obtain the security footage. Cassie and Combs settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed amount a day after it was filed, with Combs maintaining his innocence. Months later, surveillance footage obtained by CNN showed Combs assaulting Cassie in 2016 at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City hotel. The video clips showed Combs pursuing her down a hallway, throwing her to the floor as she tried to call an elevator and dragging her off-camera.

Reports circulated in July that a federal grand jury in New York was weighing evidence against Combs. By that time, eight people had accused the famed music executive of sexually assaulting or trafficking them. The allegations spanned the length of Combs’s career, with several women accusing him of raping and drugging them in the 1990's. Four people, including Cassie, have also alleged that Combs engaged in sex trafficking. Rodney Jones, a producer who worked with Combs on his most recent album, alleged that Combs was trafficking sex workers as recently as 2023.

Liza Gardner accused Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of raping her in 1990. Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged that Combs drugged and raped her in 1991. Crystal McKinney, a former model, accused Combs of drugging and raping her during New York Fashion Week in 2003. In another suit, April Lampros alleged that Combs had raped her multiple times between 1995 and 2000, when she was fashion student. A lawsuit filed in December claimed that Combs and others in 2003 trafficked and raped a 17-year-old, identified in court filings as Jane Doe. In February, Jones, the producer who worked with Combs on his 2023 project, “The Love Album,” accused Combs and others of sexual assault, as well as drug- and sex-trafficking.

Lawsuits have been filed against Combs as recently as last week. Dawn Richard of Danity Kane, a girl group formed by Combs, filed a suit on Sept. 10 accusing him of sexual and physical abuse. The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges Combs was abusive throughout the eight years he and Richard worked together. Richard accused him of groping her, threatening her and subjecting her to “inhumane working conditions,” such as depriving Richard and her band mates of food and sleep for up to 48 hours “because he was high on drugs.” In the suit, Richard also claims to have witnessed Combs become physically violent with other women, including Cassie whose legal name is Casandra Ventura and Kim Porter, his former partners. In a statement provided by Combs’s attorney, so you know this is a lie considering Diddy denied ever hitting Cassie and than we saw it for ourselves on video. So I personally think them claiming denial is a bit late and for his statement saying this was a “series of false claims” and accused Richard of seeking “a payday.” Get real... Diddy has his houses raided by Homeland Security!

Take that, take that... unha! Well this came out of nowhere but The Los Angeles home of Sean "Diddy" Combs was raided by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Monday in connection with a federal sex trafficking case, said authorities. "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available," As released in a statement by HSI.

The federal raid occurred at Combs' $40 million home in LA's lavish Holmby Hills neighborhood and across the coast, HSI also raised the music mogul's Miami home on Star Island. The home was registered to Bad Boys Films, a division of Bad Boy Entertainment, along with one of Combs’ daughters. At this time, the Department of Homeland Security has not named Diddy as the focus of the investigation but Homeland Security expert Hal Kempfer said that there have been allegations that he had been drugging young women and that the agency is likely looking into the alleged crimes committed in multiple states.

Kempfer also added that some of the evidence they’re looking for includes "laptops, flash drives, and anything that would connect Combs with the allegations." In addition, he said "obtaining a search warrant of this magnitude requires a lengthy process and that working with state and local attorneys was likely required." Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department were also at the scene and refused to comment. "We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law," said Doug Wigdor, a lawyer for Cassie Ventura and one of Diddy’s other accusers, in a released statement. "Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct." Diddy was also mentioned in Katt Williams’ explosive interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay.

"All lies will be exposed," Williams said when asked about Diddy, Harvey Weinstein, R. Kelly and Michael Jackson. Last year, Casandra Ventura, also known as R&B singer Cassie, dropped a bombshell lawsuit in a New York federal court against the Bad Boy mogul. Combs and Ventura dated between 2005 and 2018. The lawsuit detailed several eyebrow-raising allegations that detailed years of alleged abuse. The two then settled on a settlement the next day. But Diddy wasn't free and clear just yet as a week later, two women came forward to accuse the hip-hop mogul of sexual abuse in a separate lawsuit. Both of those lawsuits were filed in Nov. 2023 on the eve of the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law permitting victims of sexual abuse a one-year window to file civil action regardless of the statute of limitations. The filings detail acts of sexual assault, beatings and forced drugging allegedly committed in the early 1990s by Combs, then a talent director, party promoter and rising figure in New York City’s hip-hop community.

One of the accusers, Joi Dickerson, said she was a 19-year-old student at Syracuse University when she agreed to meet Combs at a restaurant in Harlem in 1991. After their date, Combs "intentionally drugged" her, then brought her home and sexually assaulted her, according to the filing. Without her knowledge, Combs videotaped the assault and later shared it with several friends in the music industry, the suit alleges. The public exposure sent Dickerson into a "tailspin," contributing to severe depression that landed her in the hospital and forced her to drop out of college. Fast-forward to Feb. 2024, Combs faced another lawsuit filed by a male music producer. The suit, filed in federal court in New York, accused Combs of repeated instances of unsolicited groping and sexual touching. It also says the man had to work in a bathroom while Combs showered and walked around naked.

A lawyer for Combs called the events described in the lawsuit "pure fiction." "We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies," said Combs attorney Shawn Holley in response which is honestly laughable to read or say outloud because if he did nothing there shouldn't proof going either way. This is a "She Said vs He Said" case and what "OVERWHELMING INDISPUTABLE PROOF" do they have? What some friends of Comb who say he didn't do it? lol Man I can't wait to see where this goes. But she went on to say that "We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them," so let's see what happens next.

Remember Diddy has also been connected by a lot of people to the 1994 and possible 1996 shooting of rapper Tupac Shakur. So this could be what finally see's Diddy face time for his overall life of crime. Because of his beef with Suge Knight we lost both Tupac and Biggie! Over some dumb stuff. Two people with an amazing gift taken too soon because of bad people surrounding them and guiding them to their death.
