They cannot find anything to ever pin on him because he’s done nothing wrong, and still they continue.
Boy they fear this man, and for good reason… He’s an outsider and not a career politician, and he does what he says he will do, and for his first term he did everything possible to better this country under constant leftist attacks. But still he continued, and until they fixed the 2020 year from start to end the left did everything in their power to get power back and folks it’s become clear they won’t stop it nothing. The charges, which were filed on Wednesday but remained sealed, are the first to arise from a nearly three-year probe by New York prosecutors of Trump and his business dealings which were unable to point to any criminal activity by the 45th President. So while Trump himself is not expected to be charged this week, as reported by his lawyer to Reuters, though he said prosecutors had told him their investigation was continuing. However there is some blowback from the case that could complicate Trump’s political future as he considers a possible 2024 White House run. On a technicality even tho the charges are expected to focus on whether the Trump Organization’s CFO Allen Weisselberg and other executives received perks and benefits such as rent-free apartments and leased cars without reporting them properly on their tax returns, people familiar with the probe said.
They stem from the investigation into the company’s business dealings by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance who is shockingly a lifelong democRAT, and part of the new swamp along with Mayor DeBlasio, and Andrew “Brother of Fredo” Cuomo. But this is where it gets funky for this case because Vance announced earlier this year that he does not plan to run for reelection after more than 10 years in office. And this is in the middle of this investigation which means if he’s out of office someone else would come in and take the case over, and this could create a major issue for the case, and them going forward if a Republican comes in and takes the seat for example chances are they will drop the entire thing. But the race is crowded, with eight candidates hoping to become just the third person to occupy the office over the past 46 years.
Vance’s investigation into Trump has loomed over the campaign, following a protracted legal battle between the two over the prosecutor’s subpoena for the former president’s tax returns and other financial records. The case reached the Supreme Court twice, and last year a 7-2 majority of the justices ruled that Trump enjoyed no special immunity as a sitting president from Vance’s investigation. Now we know that Vance’s office is in the final stages of its criminal investigation into Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s chief financial officer, who could be charged with something stupid like not having company taxes paid on some “perks” which is again something normally NEVER get’s prosecuted but you know this involves Trump so the left will stop it nothing to smear him even if it’s not directly.
So Prosecutors are said to be seeking Weisselberg’s cooperation in their investigation into the former president, the Times reported and as you can imagine they’re making his life hell, and threatening him like they did to others I believe they threatened Roger Stones, and General Michael Thomas Flynn who both had their lives turned upside down just because they knew, and were tied to the Trump white house. Flynn who had his family mostly his sons life threatened was reported. Basically “turn on Trump or else your family gets it!” This is a mafia, mob style tactic so coming from New York shouldn’t shock anyone as this was at one point the mafia capital of the USA, and a lot of the scumbags in power there are the decedents of old Mafia members. A Lot of members of Congress, and the Senate actually have a history with the mafia. This includes Nancy Pelosi, Andrew Cuomo, Gavin NewScum, and even current lost in translation POTUS 46 Joe “China” Biden all have backgrounds in the Mafia. And then we have other members in congress tied in to the islamic sects like the “Muslim Brotherhood” and other Social Democrats who practice socialism/marxism.
Now you know why they hate Trump, and the conservatives… These are even people, and we’re not even talking about the countless of street criminals in small counties running for seats like “Keisha Lance Bottoms” and “Lori Lightfoot” and “Stacey Abrams” these 3 are women who grew up around street gangs, and in Keisha Bottoms case she went to school, and grew up with rapper T.I and Killer Mike. Both not exactly good people or fine examples as role models. T.I was going to prison for possibly 2 decades on weapons and other charges and some how got out when he snitched on dozens of other known gang bangers he knew. He’s not well liked in his own hood anymore cause of his snitching to his friend Keisha and her authorities. Now back to this Trump tax witch hunt here with the case going forward Mr. Weisselberg and the company are expected to be arraigned on Thursday, said the person familiar with the matter, speaking on condition of anonymity.
Trump’s lawyer Ronald Fischetti told Reuters on Monday that prosecutors suggested the charges would be related to taxes and fringe benefits and that Trump himself would not be charged in the indictment. Again this will not have him face any charges because he’s done nothing wrong. But “This will be their first blow,” Fischetti said of the prosecutors, adding that they had said in a meeting last week that they were still pursuing their investigation. OR the Witch hunt will continue because they have nothing better to spend our tax payer money on then this.
Mary Mulligan, a lawyer for Weisselberg, has declined to comment on possible charges but released this statement on Monday, Trump called prosecutors biased and said his company’s actions were “in no way a crime.” The Trump Organization could face fines and other penalties if convicted. So again the “FOCUS” is on “PERKS”, and “GIFTS”?
Think about this folks! IF Charges could come up for someone giving you a “Perk or Gift” here and they didn’t pay a tax for it because they forgot or whatever the cause was you could get in trouble for it now? This is unheard off, and frankly a joke on us taxpayers, and the system at large. REAL Criminals are killing people, and burning buildings down during the 2020 Summer of Love with Kamala Harris bailing these criminals out, and letting them go while our tax payer money is being used to Smear Trump over his company giving someone some perks on a car rental. Folks do you see here how stupid this whole scam is by the left yet?
So the increased pressure on Weisselberg to cooperate with prosecutors, which he has resisted thus far or has told them nothing cause there is literally nothing to tell about Trump! But Weisselberg is a close Trump confidant, making his cooperation potentially crucial to any future case against the former president. A private family-run business, the Trump Organization operates hotels, golf courses, and resorts around the world. The indictment, by itself, could undermine the Trump Organization’s relationships with banks and business partners. Other words t his isn’t just about stopping him from giving out perks! This is about these people trying to destroy Trumps companies, and finding ways to cripple the mans finance going forward essentially trying to drain his pockets, and break him financially. Or theft of his wealth is what’s happening here and Trump, a Republican, was elected president in November 2016 by the people, and they hate him for it.
Before entering the White House in January 2017 he put his company into a trust overseen by his adult sons and Weisselberg, a family friend who maintained tight control over company finances. Court filings, public records and subpoenaed documents have shown that Weisselberg and his son Barry have received perks and gifts potentially worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, including many benefits related to real estate. The case could be charged as a scheme by the company to pay people off the books in order to hide assets over many years. Prosecutors in Vance’s office accelerated their focus on the Trump Organization’s use of perks and benefits last fall. The office of New York state Attorney General Letitia James who is another swamp member of the Democratic Party and doing her part as her puppet masters have told her to take on Trump, and try to “Wrap up Smear” him in NYC. Remember when Cuomo made the threat on Trumps life saying he would need an ARMY to walk into NYC? Well this is the mentality this mob thinks… This folks is the clear criminal mindset in New York against Trump, and his supporters.
So Letitia James which had also been looking into the Trump Organization, said in May that its probe had turned into a criminal investigation and that it had joined forces with Vance’s office. Vance, again a Democrat, has examined an array of potential wrongdoing, including whether Trump’s company manipulated the value of its real estate to reduce its taxes and secure favorable loan terms. It is unclear what role Trump now has at the company. So this could be something which is a company in name only to him but not something he runs or overlooks in anyway so what was done was not by him but the left is using the name attached to try again to hurt him. This is all political witch hunt, and this is all just the left over stepping their boundaries to steal the mid term elections, and the next Presidential election in 2024.
Any potential criminal charges against a former president would be unprecedented in U.S. history and would undoubtedly be the most high-profile case that the Manhattan district attorney’s office has ever handled. This again is nothing but a witch hunt and as Rebecca Roiphe, a former prosecutor in the Manhattan district attorney’s office who’s a professor at New York Law School, said that the winning candidate for the DA’s Job will have to withstand the political controversy that is sure to accompany any potential case stemming from the investigation.
“Whoever inherits this case, if there is a case against Weisselberg, or Trump, or anyone close to Trump, he will seek to delegitimize the process,” Roiphe said. “And he will do that by claiming that this person is politically motivated. So not only do they need to have the skills and the experience, they also need to have the character and the fortitude to withstand that pressure and with credibility.
“So, you know, I think that voters ought to be asking themselves and I think they are asking themselves which of these candidates will also be able to project professionalism? Because that’s key to being able to carry this investigation through credibly,” she added.
But like any other district attorney election, the race to replace Vance has largely been dominated by local issues and, as is the case in other major cities in recent years, has centered on whether to make reforms to an office that critics believe is overly punitive toward low-income communities and people of color. So instead of addressing real local issues these clowns spend their time trying to come up with a way to hurt Trump. This folks is how deranged these people are, and so the issue has bubbled up at times, but Janos Marton, a criminal justice reform activist who dropped out of the race in December, said the candidates have been careful about how they address it.
“There’s some propriety around saying how you’re going to investigate Donald Trump before you’re elected and have access to the information,” said Marton, the national director at the advocacy group Dream Corps Justice. “That’s clearly something that Trump himself would weaponize. So I think there’s been more rhetoric around who is best situated to carry on this investigation or best equipped to take on a powerful person like Donald Trump versus sort of getting into the guts of the Trump case.”
The crowded field features several candidates who are hoping to join the growing ranks of progressive prosecutors elected to office in recent years, many of whom ran on platforms that included not bringing charges on low-level offenses, reforming bail systems and lowering sentencing recommendations. This is the key word “progressive” like the AOC, and Ilhan Omars of congress you know Socialist/Marxist who hate this country, and hate conservatives, and want to destroy the right so badly they will lie, steal, cheat and make shit up to get their way. Same shit Hillary used to concoct the Russian Collusion hoax.
The two top contenders in the race appear to be Tali Farhadian Weinstein, a former federal prosecutor who also served as a DOJ counsel to former Attorney General Eric Holder, and Alvin Bragg, the co-director of the Racial Justice Project at New York Law School who also served as a federal prosecutor and a deputy in the New York attorney general’s office. Farhadian Weinstein who was born in IRAN not one of our friends so you see who were talking about here has dominated the fundraising campaign, raising $13 million in contributions, including an infusion of $8 million of her own money in recent weeks. She has garnered criticism for accepting money from Wall Street donors who may be subject to scrutiny from the office. But these criminals don’t care and she wont get introuble. HAD Trump done that or one of his associates they would be in federal prison right now.
She is also one of the more moderate candidates in the field, mostly eschewing the reform policies pushed by many of her competitors. Bragg is one of the candidates occupying the more progressive lane. Though he’s worked as a prosecutor for much of his career, he’s campaigned on making reforms that seek to balance protecting civil rights with preserving the district attorney’s office’s power. He’s another swamp leftist and he’s actually falsely sued the Trump Foundation in the past. So right here again know thy enemy folks.
The field also includes Tahanie Aboushi, a civil rights attorney running one of the most progressive campaigns in the race. Endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), Aboushie has called for shrinking the NYPD’s budget and vowed to dismantle many of the office’s prosecution efforts for certain crimes. Why you ask? Well here is the skinny on her… Tahanie Aboushi was 13 when police barged into her home and arrested her parents. When she was 14, her father, a shop owner in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park, was sentenced to 22 years in prison for charges relating to untaxed cigarettes and stolen goods. Her mother was acquitted of all charges.
So she hates our country as she’s a jihab wearing middle eastern socialist who’s parents were criminals who said “Every day throughout the trial, I thought he was coming home with us. And then the day he was sentenced, he couldn’t come home with us. It was just so abrupt. I remember asking myself: ‘Is this it? He doesn’t come home with us?’ That was the day it actually sank in,” Aboushi told the Guardian in an interview.
She added: “That night, there was no dinner with my father at the table, and that this would probably the last time we had dinner with our father in our home for the next 20 years.” Now over two decades later, Aboushi is entering a competitive race to become Manhattan’s next district attorney the chief prosecutor who possesses the power to decide which cases will be pursued in the financial capital of the world and the heart of New York City. It’s a beat that covers Wall Street and downtown Manhattan to the uber-rich avenues of the Upper East and West sides, to the bustling communities of color of Harlem and Washington Heights.
Think about this her father went to prison for 22 years over tax fraud, and she hates this country for it, and she might be involved in trying to throw shade at Donald Trump and tie him somehow to a “TAX FRAUD” case. She being someone who’s own father was guilty and spent 22 years in prison for TAX fraud. You can’t make this crap up guys.
While Many of the candidates have pushed for a change of direction following the Vance era, with the current prosecutor’s critics saying he has been too hard on low-level offenders and too lenient on the rich and powerful who dominate the city. And some see the Trump investigation as an early test of how the next district attorney might approach the job.
Aboushi is an underdog, but is already the standout progressive in the race, having earned the endorsements of the leftist Working Families party, the Jewish Vote advocacy group, and progressive political figures like congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, congressman Jamaal Bowman and the actor and activist Cynthia Nixon. Yes folks all marxist swamp creatures, and while outside a coffee shop in Harlem, Aboushi is greeted by Yemeni women in burqas carrying groceries. A car pulls up to the curb and a man rolls down his window to say “Salaam” to the candidate. The man is Brother Tariq, a director at the Malcom X mosque down the street.
Aboushi shouts back to tell him he owes her a phone call… Remember folks these people are all domestic terrorists these are NOT our friends as far as I’m concerned. “This is the side of Manhattan that’s forgotten about,” Aboushi said at the Manhattanville coffee shop. “This is one of the reasons why I jumped into this race because there are other constituents who have been hurt. And like, we live here, too. What about us? It’s a very heavy working-class [place] here, predominantly black and Latino. All they do is use us minorities in their propaganda to make it seem like they care so they always say “black and latino” in their con job speeches.
While In a competitive race with seven other candidates, the odds are stacked and Aboushi’s most formidable rival is Tali Farhadian Weinstein, a former federal prosecutor who clerked for Judge Merrick Garland, who now heads the justice department. If elected, Farhadian Weinstein or Aboushi would be the first female district attorney for Manhattan. While Aboushi joked that she and Farhadian Weinstein have already been confused for each other since both are women of color with ethnic names, she said she couldn’t be more different than her opponent, a millionaire who is married to a wealthy hedge-fund manager.
“The fact is that we’ve had a DA for the last 80 years here in Manhattan that’s only ever been a white man. It’s been somebody that is part of powerful and privileged communities that haven’t walked in our shoes but tells us what’s best for us. We have the movement and the advocates. People are demanding change. We know we have to control and address crime, but we also know the system is very unfair and it is racist. So what they want is people from Pakistan, Iran, and countries that hate our country in control? 10-4 Roger that… And no thanks! This is what we’re facing here in our own country folks.
“And so people want to know how we’re going to do both. And we can do both. I’m going to show them we can do both. That’s why I jumped in the race.”
“We know what Vance could have done this with Trump back in 2015. This was your career prosecutor and people wanted something to be done in that 2015 investigation and it ended up nowhere, right? So is it really somebody that’s never been a prosecutor that we’re worried about, or somebody that has always been a prosecutor that we should be worried about shutting things like this down?”
Despite having practiced law for over a decade and running her own practice with her siblings, Aboushi’s lack of prosecutorial experience could be seen as a vulnerability in her candidacy, but she views this as a strength.
“I’ve been on the other end of the decision a prosecutor has made,” Aboushi said, referencing her father’s prison sentence. “I know what it looks like on the ground and what it means to fight, to not become a statistic where you just get trapped in this cycle. And that’s the perspective that has always been missing from this office.
“We’ve had career prosecutors. We can’t sacrifice any more of our families hoping that a person is going to see us as human beings and do something different.”
Before he began investigating Trump, Vance had come under mounting criticism after his office was reported to have declined prosecutions against Harvey Weinstein, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner. Vance’s office later successfully prosecuted Weinstein for sexual assault and rape and the Hollywood mogul was sentenced to 23 years in prison.
Claire Stottlemyer, a public defense attorney in Manhattan who has helped rate the candidates’ criminal justice proposals for the group Five Boro Defenders, said that the office has been too hesitant to pursue cases against the city’s most powerful people while bringing its resources to bear against the most vulnerable.
“We want to see prosecutions more equally distributed, of course, we see the majority of cases are brought against low-income communities, against black and brown people,” Stottlemyer said. “And the outcomes are so different when they’re brought against people from outside those communities. They are treated differently at every step.”
“They’re never cautious when they’re prosecuting our clients,” she added. “It’s always arrest and prosecute and think later.” Taboushi said what she’s lacking in prosecutorial experience, she makes up for in lived experience. Her most high-profile case to date was against the New York police department, where she defended Muslim women who were forced to remove their hijabs to get their mugshots taken in arrests. She won, and New York City paid each woman in the case a settlement of $60,000. Think about this they want to wear their hijabs in mugshots? Folks when you’re arrested you are under custody and a mugshot is not for a god damn magazine cover or any fancy dealing it’s simply to keep a visual record on what you look like. So remove the god damn Hijabs and shut up! You’re a criminal who did something worthy of being arrested over.
“I told myself, ‘What kind of kind of environment are these officers in that you can do that and feel so comfortable about doing it?’ It was one of first impressions in the courts, meaning the NYPD never had that issue come up with them before. Now, the policy extends to all New Yorkers.”
Aboushi hopes to clinch the nomination is confident she can win. “We have the most diverse cross-sectional support system more than any other candidate. We can have a safe and fair justice system and accomplish accountability in a way that’s focused on rehabilitation and preventative measures. People trust us. People hear my story and read about the work that I’ve done.” No people don’t trust you or you people who scream “Death to America” in your own streets.
“And they know I’m not going to ‘otherwise’ them, and that we’re going to be open and honest about this process. And we’re going to be responsive. We’re going to ensure a safe and stable society for everyone.” Who is a criminal? Stop lying people these folks are all criminals or people who want power to help criminals like their parents. These are NOT good American born people who want what is right for the country. These people have hate for us all in their heart, and I’m a Latino who’s being honest about what is happening. All I hope is that people open their eyes to the deception they’re living under with these leftists before it’s too late.
